Editor's note:
Ride has been re-routed to avoid 14.5 miles of riding a loop on shoulders with frequent motor traffic, which included "Anthony's Nose." Yes, we do ride every section of the sections which have been removed from this route, but we do so because they lie from point A to point B. Intentionally riding this much trafficked highway when other and better options are available is not something we encourage. Surely these roads were less trafficked when the author created the route.
